Prince Georgians, residents of District 6... to make the statement "the most affluent predominantly African-American county in the world" mean something, we must...

c) Promote Internal Competition: A Race to the Top - To prepare, attract and retain the best and brightest teachers and administrators in the region
d) Establish "Involved Parent Accountability Metrics" that respect the value of each Parent as their child’s primary educator, nurturer, and advocate and most valuable resource to ensuring their success!
2) Create a 21st Century Prince George's County Hospital Center System and restore the feeling of pride and safety in our Communities:

3) Learn to Live, Work, and Play in Prince George's County Maryland: Our Commerce and how we use our collective buying power is our Business...
a) Revitalize our older communities, re-program blighted strip mall development, and utilize BRAC and Transportation Overlay Zones to create a centrifugal force of Federal, State, local and business community funds. (Westphalia, The Andrews Air Force Base corridor, Suitland Federal Center, and IRS @ New Carrollton are examples were work needs to be done.)
b) Attract commercial and business development through supporting our focus on creating a 21st Century Education System, Health Care industry, and utilizing smart growth principals to develop and revitalize.
c) Maximize our utilization (and revenue generation) of our existing tourism and recreational jewels: National Harbor, FedEx Field, etc.; and develop a fully functional state-of-the-art, Arts, Education & Entertainment complex similar to Wolftrap (Fairfax) and Strathmore (Rockville).
d) Reprogram Capital Centre Boulevard project to better leverage the resources of its surrounding areas (Metro, FedEx, 202 Corridor, Central Ave, Summerfield) Great opportunity for an outlet establishment like Arundel Mills or Prime in Hagerstown & on the Eastern Shore.
